Celebrating At Busy Bees Nursery In Edgbaston

Today marks 30 years since the beginning of the Busy Bees Nursery chain, and I was invited along to the St James Rd, Edgbaston, nursery to join in the celebrations.

I joined in painting and modelling with the children – making bees of course! – and had a tour of the facilities which include indoor and outdoor areas.

Busy Bees nationwide were today staging an attempt to get into the Guinness Book of Records for the most number of people dressed as a bee, and so all the staff and many of the children were  wearing bee costumes today.

There was also music and dancing and bee shaped cakes for tea – one way and another, the place was buzzing! Many thanks to Busy Bees for inviting me and congratulations to the company on reaching the 30 year milestone!
